By law we have to keep basic information about our customers for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

  • How and where we store or transfer your data

We will only store or transfer your personal data within the EEA. This means that it will be fully protected under the GDPR or to equivalent standards by law.


  • In circumstances where we may transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we will only do so by ensuring we will only transfer your data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission or where we use specific approved EU model standard contract clauses with our service providers .
  • Do we share your data?

Our store is hosted by Kajabi. They provide us with the online course platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored in Kajabi's data storage, databases, and the general Kajabi application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Kajabi stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

We do not otherwise share your data to third parties unless we have your permission to do so.

We may compile statistics about the use of our Site including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying information. We may from time to time share such data with third parties such as prospective investors, affiliates, partners and advertisers. Data will only be shared and used within the bounds of the law.
